Welcome To Running To Lose Weight
I decided to start this site on running to lose weight because I wanted to share with people about other proven effective weight loss methods that work. If you are like me; then most likely you enjoy jogging or fast walking; but you do not want to begin running to lose weight.
I spent four years in the military and do not enjoy running on a daily basis. At first in the beginning of my trying to lose weight that I was going to have to use this method; so I began doing some research on the best ways to lose weight and finally discovered some things that work for me.
As of starting this site; I am now able to say that I have been able to lose over 20 pounds and keep them off. So I decided to start this article to share with people the method that I am using to get back into shape. All the information that I share here is for informational purpose. I will provide some valuable resources that you can begin using to help you shed those unwanted pounds.
