    @GLUVSR4EVER you have to keep in mind that a drastic weight change like that can cause diabetes, sure it’s possible, but it’s not healthy

    Dont be such a moron. 26lbs in a mounth isnt that bad. You have to understand that fat people can use to loose alot of weight fast . Im an ex boxer and i would shed 15lbs in 7 days. That was 3 years ago & it was drastic but when it became normal to make weight, it became so simple to do & not hard. Granted I lived to box and it was comsuming alot of my time but its possible. He could have not lost any weight the first week & then just dropped alot in the last weeks making it okay to drop alot.

    there is absolutly NO healthy way to lose 26 pounds in one month. thats nearly 1 pound a day…Crazy not true. for all of you, if u are losing 2 pounds of fat a week trust me u are doing extremely extremely good
