i do the same thing as loudsoundman but i am 16 and i dont do diet.. i just lose weight and i am eating like an animal
.. you see the thing is not the diet… is eating as much as you want but then exercise and you will be fine =D

@loudsoundman well i think that i have the diet part under control as i do not eating very many or any sweets at all. i eat fruit whenever its available to me and i ilove salads with boiled egg. lol when you say press ups do you mean push ups? i need to lose about 25 to 30 lbs (1.8 – 2.1 stones). i wanna burn off all my fat and then work on all the muscle… so i’m hoping that it’ll work.

I just ate normal, if smaller, main meals, with no desserts. No crisps, chocolate, cake, anything deemed unhealthy, and eat fruit if hungry. Try eating a salad for your final meal of the day. No other exercise needed, but if you want to tone up then in the evening do as many sit-ups as you can and press-ups, and then increase by 5 or more the next night. @loudsoundman are you being serious? thats pretty good then. thats 7 lbs i think? i’m looking forward to start running to burn off my fat and lose weight. what kind of food did you eat and what other exercises did you do if any? kk thanks a lot man.

I have been running for 3 weeks, and really keeping off nasty foods, eating fruit when I am hungry, and having more balanced main meals. I have run 2km for 4/5 main weekday nights. I increased my distance for the first time tonight, did a 3.5km run. Starting at 11.5 Stone, I have lost HALF A STONE in these few weeks. But I had to be commited to my diet, say no! I felt more energetic and healthier and more confident, and if you, like me, feel any pain, then warm up better before your run. I am 15

@yogurtz1994 try interval training do lil reasearch on it its better than just keeping a consistent pace
just a question would it be better to jog 6 km or sprint 100-200m and fast jog on the next 100 meters for 3 km? which one loses fat more quikly?

I run a lot, that’s my main exercise. But all the running really doesn’t do much for my stomach muscles, what can I do to make them stronger?
Weight loss products are BS….there is no magic to weight loss…ample amounts of cardio and taking in less calories than you burn daily is the formula…simple as that!!!!!
